I'm Sarah from Germany, 33 years young, travel lover and outdoor crackpot. I'll inspire you to face your fears, go for your dreams, walk off the beaten track, break free from routines that don't make you happy, and get going. Always straightforward, honest and with a good portion of humor and passion.

I came a long way from being an unhappy employee to being a female entrepreneur and freelance author. I traded a safe but dismal job for working remotely and independently from almost anywhere. Somewhere along the line I gave up on most of my possessions and found freedom in living with very little things. Somehow I found my soulmate 6000 miles away from me. That's how I ended up in an intercultural long-distance relationship with a few decades of age difference.

This is a blog that, hopefully, will make you laugh out loud, (re)think things and maybe even spill a tear - all at the same time. Find hilarious travel adventures, philosophical thoughts on life and death, and the courage to step out into the world to go on your own journey to happiness.

"Nobody can tell you exactly about the purpose of life, but one thing is for sure, It’s not being the richest man on the cemetery."
